Casa Terramar is a lovingly cared for private vacation rental by owner property in Sayulita, Mexico in the Riviera Nayarit. Away from the crowds yet close to the action, we are located just four blocks from the idyllic North Beach and six blocks from town.  Situated on a hill up from town, the property is  surrounded by lush tropical greenery and offers views of the mountains, jungle and ocean.  

The property  features a large sparkling, sapphire blue pool; one of the deepest private pools in Sayulita; with an adjacent sun deck complete with umbrellas, lounge chairs and a gas grill for cooking up some fresh local seafood.  Above the pool is a terrace with hammocks and additional seating which provides the perfect place for your afternoon siesta or  for you to enjoy your own little happy hour. The area is ample to allow for easy social distancing. 

Many of our guests spend at least one day lounging by the pool because they want to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the villa.
