This adult only boutique property houses 3 distinct units; Casita Alberca, Casita Tortuga, Casita Elena offering a perfect layout for active traveling friends, couples, family or solo guests.
Our units rent individually or can be combined. When combined its a great way for guests to be together yet still have their own personal space. Our maximum guest occupancy is 8.
The property features a large beautiful pool, one that you can actually do laps in. Our poolside patio area is surrounded with tropical greenery, chaise loungers and umbrellas for comfortable poolside relaxing. The upper terrace is a fun place to chill and a guest favorite. It’s the perfect spot to slip into the hammock, read a book, practice yoga, enjoy a private little happy hour or perhaps dinner alfresco complete with a mellow ocean breeze.
Lush tropical landscaping makes the property feel like you are in your private own oasis. Most guests spend at least one day during their visit hanging by the pool relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the space.

About our Casitas:
- -All of our kitchen come fully equipped with everything you need; including coffee makers, microwaves, toasters, utensils, dishes etc.
- -We supply purified drinking and cooking water. Bacteriacida is also included for washing fresh fruit and vegetables.
- -Water bottles and reusable shopping bags are in each unit to help reduce plastic waste.
- -Housekeeping service is provided once per week. Your unit will be cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens.
- -Free secure wireless internet service is available throughout the property.
- -Beach towels are provided. Umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards and coolers are available for guests to use as well.
