Casa Terramar, our main house, is a unique 2 story vacation rental with a bedroom and bath on each level, which comfortably sleeps 6. It is a perfect vacation rental for active guests; families, couples or friends. This unit rents for a minimum of 2 weeks with a year in advance notice.
The first floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, living area with a sofa, chairs, DVD player and a reading nook with a twin bed. The master bedroom features a hotel quality comfy king bed and en suite bathroom with stone floor shower…feels great on the feet. In the living and kitchen area the doors open completely inviting the outdoors in. There is a large wrap around deck with places for lounging and taking in the views of the Ocean and the Jungle. The casa is tastefully decorated with finds from Mexico and lovingly cared for.
The top floor of the casa, reached by spiral staircase, is an amazing outdoor living space with panoramic views to match. It has a large patio and outdoor dining space, hammock for chilling and a small kitchenette. The bedroom features a hotel quality queen bed and twin and a bathroom. It is your own private world and the best place to enjoy a cocktail overlooking the ocean, jungle and village. At night you are lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of waves and in the morning you awake looking at the ocean as parrots fly overhead. This is living Sayulita style.
Our units feature the following:
- Fully appointed kitchens. Whether you just want a cup of joe or are looking to prepare a mexican feast you will find everything you need; microwaves, coffeemakers, toasters, utensils, dishes, cups etc.
- Purified drinking water and microbicida for washing fresh fruits and veggies.
- Housekeeping service is provided one time per week during weekly stays
- Secure wireless internet service, even works poolside
- Digital safes for personal items and electronics
- Beach towels and we also have boogie boards, coolers, chairs and umbrellas for you to use.
The Villa features one of the largest private pools in Sayulita. (24ft x 14ft x 4 and 8ft deep) 2 sundecks; upper and lower; one complete with hammocks, the other with lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, outdoor shower and gas grill. This area is available for all guests to use. Relaxing here promises a perfect ending to your day at the beach.
We are centrally located and close to both the beach and the village. We are at the last home on a dead end street off of Calle Coral and the main boulevard into town. 4 blocks to the west is the north beach and surf break. The walk to town is about 8-10 minutes. The area is a mix of Mexican and vacation homes which gives an authentic local flavor to the neighborhood.

Rates subject to change without notice prior to booking. Our units typically rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to accommodate alternative arrival dates based on availability. For shorter stays we have a 3 night minimum.
**Children are welcome at Villa Casa Terramar, however please be aware that like many Villas in Sayulita there are steep drop offs, open balconies, open pool area and therefore toddlers and small children would require special attention.
